JAIME JOHNS – CLUB DIRECTOR AND HEAD COACH 15U GOLD
Jaime started Next Gen STL based on her passion to help athletes succeed no matter what their current level of play. She is excited to offer multiple levels so the club has a wide variety of players. This will be her 3rd year coaching club but she has coached CYC for multiple years. Her passion for the sport started when she was young and was not as athletically inclined as others. She worked hard and pushed herself mentally and physically to make it to play collegiate volleyball. She enjoys mentoring young athletes on how to become mentally tough enough to work through adversity and get to their next level.

Nikki Williams – head coach 13U Gold
This will be Nikki’s third year coaching club volleyball. She is very active in the youth sports community, coaching multiple sports and teams for the past five years. She grew up playing competitive school and club volleyball, as well as competitive basketball throughout her high school career. Her passion and goal is to help develop youth athletes into strong, confident players who believe in themselves on and off the court. Her coaching approach focuses on full effort and growth mindset to help her players become the athletes they’re meant to be!
