Our Mission

Next Gen STL VBC was formed to put “Kids First.” The mission is simple. We are focused on player development. Coaches are expected to work as hard as the players when it comes to planning practices and running drills to improve their teams’ skills. The players will be expected to give 100% at practice and games. This includes being a “true” team player. We are dedicated to teaching the players how to work as one unit, build each other up and handle adversity. Playing a team sport teaches so many important life lessons and as a club we will nurture that education on and off the court. The overall goal is that all players truly love the game and want to continue playing for as long as they want. Whatever their path, we will be here to support them in that journey.
